New MSExchange.org Series: Planning and migrating a small org from Exchange 2007 to 2013

My latest series on MSExchange.org is underway – and we’re already up to part 5. In this new series you’ll find out what you need to do if you’re thinking about moving to Exchange 2013 from Exchange 2007.

Far from being a the type of series that just shows you how to run the Exchange installer and press the right buttons for co-existence, in this series I focus on what you need to do before that to ensure you have the greatest amount of success and the least problems – for example, how to determine what clients you’ve already got and which ones you will need to upgrade; and rather than focus on just Exchange the series looks at common third-party applications you need to consider.

At the time of writing I’ve already completed up to part seven, so there’s a fair more to this series to come over the next month or two; and of course if you’ve got any feedback while I’m writing the series feel free to get in touch.
